Proposal Application Overview
・The research presentation session will be held on the morning of the second day of the conference (scheduled for September 27) from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. All presentations and discussions will be in English.
・The presentation time is 30 minutes per individual presentation ( 20 minutes for oral presentaion and 10 minitutes for Q$A ) and 50 minutes per joint research presentation ( 35 minutes for orel presentaion and 15 minitutes for Q&A ).

＊Due to the capacity of the presentation venue, a maximum of four presentations will be accepted for this year’s event.
Submission instructions and review process
・Submissions from non-members are also encouraged, as long as they align with the interests of the JSSTE members. Applications will be reviewed accordingly.
・Please apply by May 31st, and the review results will be notified in June. After that, you will be asked to pay the conference participation fee (※The payment due date will be announced at a later date.).
